Building
Our building process includes architectural planning and designing from ground zero until fully constructed, to include zoning and building code requirements. We provide precise site analysis and site surveys prior to the building process. CAL Construction provides "green building", which provides environmentally responsible and resource efficient services during a building's life cycle from design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation and deconstruction. We pride ourselves in providing a safe working environment by performing daily safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
Remodeling
Our remodeling process includes demolition, renovation, restoring or repairing an existing structure. Our goal is to completely transform the structure and/or style of any space, home, or building. Change the layout, in part or in whole, of any space, room from the original floor plan. Combine rooms or other spaces within a structure that were once separated by a wall or any other sort of permanent partition, while adding or taking away from the exterior and/or interior of any structure.
Property Management
CAL Construction provides the overseeing of residential, commercial and/or industrial real estate, including apartments, detached houses, condominium units, and shopping centers. We provide the following detailed property management services:

Certified Home Inspection
CAL Construction will include a comprehensive overview of all the major mechanical and structural systems from the roof to the foundation of a home. The inspection will be finalized with a written report of the results.
